The Healthier Weight Program is an ongoing 8-week instructive, intensive and interactive group environment designed to promote lifestyle modifications for long-term weight reduction and weight maintenance. Participants will learn techniques to identify and control overeating triggers and cravings. Topics will include nutrition education based on cutting-edge research. The program sessions will be led by UCLA physicians and dietitians who specialize in long-term weight management.
